About Heavenly Blocks
Heavenly Blocks is operated by Kirollos Faragallah in New South Wales, Australia. These terms apply to purchases from heavenlyblocks.com. For questions or order assistance, please use our Contact form.
Orders and payment
Please check your items and delivery details before placing an order. Prices are in Australian dollars. The total price, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, is displayed at checkout before payment. Payment is collected when you place your order, including for preorders. We send an order confirmation after checkout.
If we cannot supply an item or discover a pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If your order is cancelled because we cannot supply it, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled items and any delivery charges relating solely to those items.
Preorders and dispatch
Our first release is available for preorder. Estimated dispatch is 4–6 weeks after ordering. This is an estimate, and postal delivery time is additional. We will contact you if dispatch is delayed and provide an updated estimate. You may cancel before dispatch under the cancellation terms below.
Cancellation before dispatch
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund, including delivery charges paid for the cancelled order. Submit your request through our Contact form and include your order number. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider. There is no cancellation fee.
Australian delivery
Standard delivery is AUD $20 for orders below AUD $145 and free for orders of AUD $145 or more. Express delivery is AUD $25 below AUD $145, or AUD $4 at AUD $145 or more. Thresholds use the order subtotal after discounts and before delivery charges. Available destinations, rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if you need to correct it. If an order is lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly, contact us so we can help resolve it.
Returns and consumer rights
After dispatch, our Return and refund policy applies. It allows change-of-mind return requests within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging, with return postage paid by the customer.
Nothing in these terms or our policies excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Conditions for change-of-mind returns do not limit rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products. Contact us about missing or faulty pieces so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.
Product information and safe use
Listings may include photographs, digitally retouched photographs and generated product illustrations. These images illustrate the set; the product description states what is included. Screen colours can vary. Products must still match their description and applicable consumer guarantees.
Building sets and figures contain small parts and are not suitable for children under three years. Follow the age guidance and instructions supplied with the product. Adult supervision is recommended when children use the sets. Heavenly Blocks is an independent brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the LEGO Group.
Privacy and changes
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy policy. We may update these terms for future orders. The terms in effect when you placed your order apply to that order.
Applicable law and contact
