Shipping policy

Preorder dispatch

Estimated dispatch is 4–6 weeks after you place your preorder. This is an estimate. As we prepare our first batches, this timeframe may change. We will email you if your order is delayed with an updated dispatch estimate.

Delivery

Australian orders are sent with Australia Post. Eligible US orders are sent through Interparcel using a tracked international service. Delivery time is additional to the dispatch estimate and varies by destination and service. An express postage service does not shorten the time needed to prepare your order.

Australian shipping charges

Standard delivery within Australia is AUD $20 for orders below AUD $145, and free for orders of AUD $145 or more (including exactly AUD $145). The threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts, before shipping. Express delivery within Australia is AUD $25 for orders below AUD $145, or AUD $4 for orders of AUD $145 or more. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

United States shipping

Where available at checkout, introductory shipping is AUD $35 for one monastery set or AUD $70 for two monastery sets, converted to your checkout currency. This service covers the contiguous 48 US states and Washington DC. Estimated transit is 6–13 business days after dispatch. US orders do not qualify for the Australian free-shipping or discounted Express offers.

Heavenly Blocks covers US import duties and customs clearance for this service, including any amount above your shipping charge. State or local sales taxes, where applicable, are separate and are not included in the shipping charge.

For three or more monastery sets, figure-only orders, or destinations without a checkout rate, please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering. Other international destinations are not currently available at checkout.

If you need to correct an address or your parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will help investigate and provide any remedy required under Australian Consumer Law. This policy does not exclude your consumer rights.
